My experience at McLaren Leeds was memorable because of the personnel involved with the sale of the car. I cannot thank Richard Coldwell enough for everything he done for us. This was my first McLaren purchase and he went that extra mile explaining the difference between the various models etc. Richard was so professional in his approach and went that extra mile to ensure it all went smoothly. All of my family were there during the handover and we all agreed afterwards, that it was the best handover we have ever experienced.
I would also like to thank Matthew Finney for his time when I test drove the car in Richards absence. Again, the experience was amazing and I was not pressured into making any immediate decisions.
I would like to say thank you once again to Richard for all his support and to confirm that I would not hesitate going back McLaren Leeds when I change my car again.
