I was happy with the service at Magna Mazda Poole because I had purchased my last 2 cars from them

The service I received from Magna Mazda Poole was outstanding, and in the circumstances beyond anything that I could have expected. Malcolm the Salesman negotiated a competitive part-exchange deal for my old car and agreed the spec for the new one, an MX5 RF. Due to supply problems at the port, it looked as if I would not receive the car until mid-June, however Simon the dealership Manager pulled out all the stops and went outside of the immediate dealership group and was able to obtain the car of my choice from Carlisle, getting it shipped and prepared for delivery within the March 2025 registration. I cannot thank Malcolm and Simon enough for the hard work they put into sourcing my car, the service I received from Poole Magna Mazda has been fantastic!
