Lookers Hyundai Newcastle were great because the staff gave a first class service. The team were friendly, knowledgeable , professional and accommodating. The whole experience was stress free and I never once felt that I was being pressurised into buying a car. There was no hard sell and for me this probably was the thing that made the sale ( combined with the fact that I was buying a great car). I have been a VW Golf driver for the past 25 years but was happy to switch to my Hyundai Tuscan after dealing with Lookers Hyundai Team.
