I'd endorse Lexus Preston because , we were made very welcome from walking in, without any hassle. All the staff were great, especially Naomi, who was absolutely brilliant, and very knowledgeable.
I was offered a test drive which went well.. I decided there and then that this was the right car for me.
I collected the following week, and all that had been promised had been done,MOT, service, cleaning, etc
Once again the staff were great.
Naomi has contacted me since, to make sure everything was okay, which it is.
All the cars looked in excellent condition.
I would definitely recommend these guys, especially Naomi.

I would not recommend Lexus Preston because the previous service documents had not been checked & only found out when I requested to see the service report. It was found that both front ball joints were noted as requiring immediate attention, marked in red on the report. Someone had not checked the paperwork before the vehicle was released to me on 7th September. Lost confidence in Lexus Preston. Also was not happy that the tyres only had 4.4mm tyre tread. Tyres need changing at 2mm, so I was given 2.4mm tread wear on a £30,000 car. This would equate to 3 months wear. The service manager agreed to change all 4 tyres at a cost to me of £450, which I agreed to. All in all a very sad experience when changing my car at Lexus.

My experience at Lexus Preston was cracking because no pressure was applied. Matthew the sales person was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Car is just what we wanted. Great experience would definitely recommend Lexus Preston

I would highly recommend Lexus Preston. From the initial enquiry through to purchasing the car, Paul was friendly, professional and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and has continued to be helpful even after I collected the car, answering my questions and helping me get everything set up. The whole experience was smooth and I felt well looked after throughout.
