My experience at Just Citroën Blackburn could have been better because , I bought my first ev from this dealer and was extremely concerned about the health of the traction battery with the car being second hand. I feel I was ignored regarding this, the salesman(2 off) promised that I would receive a report before taking the car home. ‘This was not done I had to ask four times in total and it was eventually done two weeks after I received the car, this has caused me quite a lot of stress. If the battery turned out to be faulty I had gone past the 30 day returns point using the consumer rights act. The car was eventually booked in to have the test and thankfully it was ok, I gave up a morning to do a round trip of 28 miles back to the dealership and not one person apologised regarding this….. This has unfortunately stopped me from ever returning to buy other vehicles, I rely on professionalism and honesty from the people I deal with.
My experience at Just Citroën Blackburn was positive because it was great fun.
