I'd definitely recommend Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen to friends and family because the service we got from Melanie Williams was excellent. She went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our part-exchange. She also made us feel at ease throughout the purchase, and not putting pressure on us to make any decisions we were uncomfortable with. Overall the experience from test driving the car to handover of the vehicle were very good. We were very satisfied and would happily use VW Wolverhampton again in the future.
My experience at Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen was unexpectedly disappointing because the colleague who was supposed to take of me was not transparent and caused frustration for delays that if he had explained the full situation would have managed expectations. Instead he never acted on what he told me in a timely fashion even after it was referred to his Manager. Even after we finally got through the sale - which could have been lost because of his actions - he promised to call me the next day but only took that opportunity a week later when he knew this feedback would be sent to his Manager. He needs retraining. However the vehicle is perfect for my needs and the lovely woman in Sales as well as the Manager made up for the shortcomings of this colleague.
