I’ve been really impressed with the level of care I’ve received overall. I’d had a poor experience in the past, so I was understandably a little cautious, but this time I felt that time was taken to explain everything clearly and reassure me throughout the process.
My only negative was that the paperwork wasn’t sent until the evening before collection, which made me feel a little pressured to sign quickly. At the time, that felt like a bit of a red flag and did make me question things. However, Jamie called me, took the time to explain everything properly, and addressed my concerns, which I appreciated.
Since collecting the car, I’ve had a few questions and Jamie has been excellent in responding and helping me. I do have some concern about a small split in the tyre that wasn’t picked up or highlighted to me before collection. That said, when I raised this, they responded positively and confirmed via email that they would keep the matter open should I encounter any issues with it, which I feel demonstrates good customer service.
