I had a great experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stoke because the sales staff and management are so professional, yet very relaxed. Emily was outstanding. She gave us plenty of time to test drive and decide which vehicle we wanted. She did not rush us at all. And when we went back the next day to change our mind on a different vehicles, her manager didn't mind at all and happily sorted all paperwork and transport from another dealership. The staff kept in contact and the handover with Emily was exceptional. She went through everything on the car and said we could pop in anytime if we were unsure of anything. Absolutely top class dealership
I can’t recommend Harrison Millward at Johnson’s BE garage Stoke on Trent highly enough !!! He took care of our sake of a VW T Roc from start to finish … he was so helpful and kept me informed throughout the purchase. Buying a car can be a stressful time however Harrison helped make it enjoyable
