I liased with Jon at VW stafford and he was attentive and helpful from the get go. He was knowledgeable about the car we were enquiring about, and even stayed after closing time to allow me to take a test drive! It was easy to remain in communication via email with Jon given I was not local, and he was patient in keeping the car reserved for me whilst arranging for the car to be serviced, MOT'd and light touch up's addressed. I thoroughly enjoyed the update video's received regularly about the cars's progress and Jon and Chris both went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the product from start to finish. I would highly recommended Jon and the staff at VW Stafford for future purchases.

Chris was extremely helpful and found me the perfect car at another dealership, and then kept me informed when my car was ready to collect. The car itself is in excellent condition and has lived up to all my expectations.
The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stafford Sales was great. Jon again was great salesman. The service dept don’t seem to be as efficient unfortunately .
