I would not recommend Johnsons Stourbridge Volkswagen because the car still had a mark on it that we picked up on before collection and were told would be sorted. It wasn’t sorted when I went to collect the vehicle so I have had to go back since to have it sorted and will have to go back again to get the Gen 3 reapplied which is not very convenient. I picked the car up over a week ago now and still have not had my £250 deposit back, which again I’ve had to chase. I purchased mats with the vehicle which were not in there at handover and I am still waiting to hear when I will get them. I never received any service history with the vehicle so am still chasing that via email. The option to log into vw finance online was not explained to me so to change my payment date I’ve had to phone up because I was never told when my monthly payment date would be. I felt like handover was quite rushed and that wasn’t given enough time to think about any questions I had so have had to email the salesperson with my questions. I’ve spent a lot of money and I just feel like the whole process was rushed and not cared for appropriately. The sales person was lovely but a lot has been missed or forgotten by her I feel.
