Johnsons Mazda Solihull were helpful because of the fantastic attitude and friendliness on display throughout from Salesman Des Wright. He was top class from minute 1 - patient, kind and i felt very honest. He explained everything very well but clearly knew and respected boundaries and was not overly pushy or promising something he couldn't deliver. Overall he was the difference and definitely helped me to choose Johnsons above another dealer - many thanks and pretty happy so far!
I would not recommend Johnsons Mazda Solihull because they told me the car I was buying didn’t have a tow at so I paid an independent fitter several hundred pounds in a non-refundable deposit. On fitting day we found the car had a factory fitted towbar which the service technicians who carry out such detailed checks of the cars they sell, hadn’t noticed. Johnson’s refusing to reimburse that cost, tell me they’ve actually ‘saved’ me the other half of the fitting fee (a further several hundred) as the towbar was already on. Poor customer service and jaw-dropping arrogance doesn’t quite cover it. I wonder what else those highly skilled technicians missed.
My experience at Johnsons Mazda Solihull was memorable because initially there was plenty of information about the vehicle. When l looked at it on line ,l requested a test drive following day. George was the sales person , he was brilliant ! Never felt pressured., he did a special video of the car inside and out which was great before l went to test drive it.
He explained various features of the car
when l arrived and made sure l understood all the controls . I was impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the Car on seeing it and really liked it !l found it very nice to drive . George was excellent , well informed patient and clear on procedures .
I put a holding deposit of 99pounds ask felt l may lose it as it was such a nice car.
I returned the following day to purchase the car , l was able to research the Mazda CR3 before buying it. I had a list of questions and queries for George he went through with me, also the packages Mazda offer with the purchase of a used car. I have been very pleased with this Mazda which looked like new when l collected it . The Buyers Bundle is worth having or parts of it if preferred .
I’m very pleased with my CR3 , it is a joy to drive , l love the spec and feel lm in a quality car. Thankyou Mazda and thank you George for all your help !
