Great experience because most of the actions were followed up online/remotely. Exchange/handover was smooth. Great car. Some documentation were missed but very easily handled over the phone and email afterwards. Car was very clean on handover, but would recommend doing a follow up clean yourself. New tyres and brakes installed! However needed to do balancing locally afterwards.
