Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield were great because throughout the transaction we were dealt with in a friendly and relaxed manner. Communication was easy and clear. Alex was an excellent representative for the company. My car was prepared immaculately and delivered to my house. So far 100% happy.
Staff were very friendly and quick to respond, Alex was professional, knowledgeable and excellent in answering questions and helping clarify points for a first time EV car purhase. The only downside was the difficulty in reaching the branch by phone, not a fault of the staff, but rather due to their busyness with clients. It would definitely benefit from a receptionist to field calls as I was bumped back and forth between the branch's answer machine and head office multiple times while waiting for someone to be available.
