Johnsons Hyundai Coventry were great because the price of the car was fair, the preparation of the car was great. Warranty and car breakdown included. It was value for money. I am still waiting for contact with regards to faulty air-conditioning so not a perfect score.
I was pleased with Johnsons Hyundai Coventry and would recommend them because they are helpful and not pushy. Mitchell explained everything clearly and made sure eveything we talked about was done.
My initial experience with my car purchase was very good, however when I came to pick up the car it had been damaged between my last viewing. The rear driver side was scratched and dented. The interior had not been valeted to a satisfactory standard. There was still hair and debris within the centre console and back seat. The car had clearly not been adequately checked prior to handover. The purchase history had not been completed on the log book.
I arranged for the car to be treated for the scratches and was asked to bring it in on Wednesday only to be informed on arrival this could not be undertaken resulting in a wasted journey through rush hour traffic of 1 hr 20 mins. I believe this attention to detail is below customer standards
