I'd suggest Johnsons Honda Wigan to a friend because I was very satisfied with the all-round service provided. From start to finish the process was handled in a professional and friendly manner. I was purchasing a used car but the service I was given was as if I was buying new. The car was in immaculate condition and on the day of purchase Clinton took the time to explain all the features and answer any questions we had.
Johnsons Honda Wigan were great because the salesman Paul Hargreaves went above and beyond to make my experience a good one , he was easy to deal with and very polite and professional.
This purchase was completely remote and it was very easy, comprehensive and speedy. Extremely helpful staff who explained everything as we progressed.
I purchased a second hand CRV which was competitively priced compared to the market at the time. There was no pressure from Clinton whilst inspecting the car - we looked a 2 different ones. The test drive was well organised and gave confidence in the purchase along with the Approved Used status of the car and the included 12 month warranty. There was no real scope for negotiation but that seems to be the norm these days. Communication was good throughout and Clinton went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with the car on collection which had been fully valeted and serviced.
