The experience at Johnsons Fiat Abarth Swindon was fantastic because the attitude and service provided by the salesman Paul Thomas. The only slight issue was some black valeting/enhancing product in the drivers footwell which stained my loight shoes, and took some cleaning off the pedals and sides of carpets. Nothing worth complaining about but something to watch when preparing cars. Impressed with the attention to detail and communications from Paul. Car bought for my daughter and she loves it.

In a friendly and polite manner Rob talked about the car and offered a test drive. Once back in the office we discussed all options for extra care, servicing and finance, in an informative and friendly manner. A date was agreed for pick up and on that day the car was presented in a showroom condition. Since then Rob has been in contact to ensure my purchase was all it should have been.
