Imperials Chelmsford suppplied my new car, I was very pleased with the personal service from both staff memebers I met, Oliver and Jamie, the only thing letting the service down is the sate of the sofa in the showroom !
My experience at Imperials Chelmsford was memorable because I was able to find exactly the car I wanted in excellent condition.
The overall experience was very good just two things i asked for a mark to be removed from the rear seats and was told it had been. it hadn't. I have a v annoying rattle from the dash.
