My experience at Horizon Honda Poole was memorable because we were able to test drive and look over several different vehicles without any feeling of pressure to buy, allowing time to make choices that we were happy with. This has not been our experience with other brand main dealers and are grateful to have been shown Honda cars without being pushed in any way.
The experience at Horizon Honda Poole was great because I’d never drive an automatic car and I was nervous about driving it. Ollie put me at my ease and was very patient with my nerves initially on the test drive. When I took possession of my Jazz Ollie came to my home and he went through everything on the dashboard and accompanied me round the area where I live to get accustomed to it. I have taken to the car so well and wish I’d changed to an automatic years ago !!
Horizon Honda Poole were great because they met my requirement perfectly, understood my desire to change models and at no time tried to persuade me differently whilst explaining the options and arranging test drives. Everything about the purchase was explained clearly and easily. The knowledge and service from my Sales Executive was excellent.
Horizon Honda Poole were great because representative of Honda was able to answer any queries and managed to explain things in a clear and pleasant manner.
( The only disappointing aspect of the purchase was the part exchange allowance).
I would recommend Horizon Honda Poole to friends and family because I found the service was very good and the salesman Ben was very polite and helpful and explained all i needed to know.One small gripe was I had to chase up some paperwork that I wanted but Ben did apologise for this all in all a good transaction.
I'd definitely recommend Horizon Honda Poole to friends and family because they were extremely professional. It felt like they worked to standards more than targets.
