My experience at Holdcroft Renault Hanley was cracking because The salesman & Manager were very accommodating, not at all pushy, listened to what we were looking for & answered our endless questions & went out of their way to fulfill our needs.It was a very relaxing fun experience with the serious bits thrown in. The only reason we're not taking a service plan at this time is because our car comes with 2 free services going forward. It was one of the best car buying experiences we've had. All the team were great, a very friendly Holdcroft Dealership. I would highly recommend. The only reason we're not having the car serviced at Hanley is the distance from our home otherwise we would.
