After taking delivery of the vehicle, I have identified several issues that I would like to bring to your attention for resolution.
The concerns are as follows:
- Scratches on the vehicle that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
- A missing screw cap near the side mirror, which was visible in the sales video provided before the purchase.
- A loud noise coming from the generator. This issue is currently being inspected by Ancaster Nissan Epsom.
- The power door lock on the driver-side panel is not functioning.
Given that these issues were present at the time of purchase, I kindly request your assistance in addressing and resolving them as soon as possible. Please let me know the next steps and how you would like to proceed.
