Oldham Mazda

I had a great experience at Holdcroft Mazda Oldham because when I called to book my appointment I had done my research and knew what vehicles I was interested in. When I called to book my appointment I told the sales manager I wasn’t interested in finance as I was a cash payer. When I arrived at Holdcroft, finance was not rammed in my face as was the case when I visited the Audi dealership in Oldham and therefore I walked out.

Brandon the sales rep was superb. I had a particular vehicle in mind but had questions. Brandon had the technical knowledge to answer my questions about engine specs and his knowledge steered my in the direction of an alternative which is better suited although £3k more than I was anticipating to pay but well worth the steer. I’m very happy with my new purchase and many thanks to Brandon who made the whole experience stress free….he ‘got’ that I had nailed down my choice and didn’t try to steer me in another random direction and communicated on a level that I was comfortable with. Please convey my thanks to Brandon….Gold Star performer!

I recently purchased a used Mazda3 from here and the entire process from start to finish was handled impeccably.
From first contact to driving away a week later Brandon guided me through the process in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner.
His knowledge of the car, the sales process and easy manner made the experience stress-free.
With no hard sell on options and a very satisfactory part-exchange I genuinely felt Brandon had my best interests at heart and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
In fact the entire team at Oldham Mazda were really friendly and welcoming. I would have no hesitation in returning in the future and can highly recommend.
The car itself was presented beautifully and after a relaxed test drive I'd made my mind up!

I would not recommend Holdcroft Mazda Oldham because the Paint GuardX protection problem I had should not have happened. That issue was deflating and trainted what should have been an exceptional buying experience from a dealer with a good reputation and given I had travelled so far, the delay caused by the paint repair changed personal plans I had for my journey home with the new car. I do acknowledge and appreciate that the dealer repaired the problem though - and provided a full tank of fuel. I also found my Sales Rep did everything he could and made the process of buying as good as he could, under the circumstances. I understood my rights, so I could have pulled out of the sale - but after driving down from Scotland, that was very unlikely. Overall, the issue just should not have happened.
