Holdcroft Mazda Hanley were easy to work with. They enabled me to test drive the same car several times and didnt pressure me to buy, but did keep in contact.
I found an issue with the bodywork (albeit very small) after driving away and they have booked the car in to investigate. They have been fair and professional throughout.
I was pleased with Holdcroft Mazda Hanley and would recommend them because the service I received was excellent from start to finish. A shoutout to Lainie who looked after everything for me.
My experience at Holdcroft Mazda Hanley could have been better because I am really disappointed with the car. When I viewed it it was parked as it would be on a multi storey car park which did not enable me to open the driver's door wide enough to see the scuffed door card or paint missing from the door shut. I was not offered a test drive so was not aware the parking sensors were either not on the car or not working. This is my third car from Holdcroft Mazda but I will not be returning and am already looking to replace this vehicle
