I would not recommend Holdcroft Handpicked Wolverhampton because the car supplied had a flat battery, the delivery service had no battery pack to start the car, I had to use my car with the help of the driver to attach jump leads to get the car off the trailer. Not a good experience

I was pleased with Holdcroft Handpicked Wolverhampton and would recommend them because, the salesman was honest, helpful and not pushy. They had the car I wanted in good condition. On delivery it could have been cleaner inside, under seats etc. But no real problems, they were happy to discuss potential difficulties, and offer appropriate solutions. Generally very pleasant to deal with.

I would not recommend Holdcroft Handpicked Wolverhampton because you delivered my car filthy. Inside wasn’t properly hoovered, the joins/creases in seats were jam packed with dirt, the seats had been sprayed with some sort of silicone product leave them shiny and greasy to the touch. The steering wheel as clearly never been cleaned.
As for the exterior, there was actual moss growing the full length of both roof rails, the sunroof rubbers are green, there’s green in all the window rubbers, green and gunk in the boot shuts, and green between rear window glass and the body work.
Very much feels like you couldn’t be bothered because I wasn’t there in person. I’d cleaning wise, this cars had zero prep and probably in the condition you received it in.
It also has no mats? I’d expect a £16k merc to come with its original mats!
So I’m now out of pocket on day 1. £170 for a detailer to come and make the car respectable and I suspect somewhere close to £200 for a genuine set of mats
If you want to make it right, send me the original mats and reimburse me for the detailer cost
