Great experience from start to finish with Holdcroft Renault in Wolverhampton, from the first contact (on the phone) where all the details were explained, then the visit to test drive was great. Left us to view and drive the car, but were more than happy to answer questions and agreed to remedy the minor niggles with the car. When we collected it, they had all been sorted the car had also been serviced and MOT'd. Hand over was very smooth. Overall the whole experience purchasing a car from Holdcroft was great. I had a fantastic experience at Holdcroft Wolverhampton. All the way from the initial phone call, where the staff we welcoming in tone and sounded excited to hear from me to driving the car away. Tony found the information to all our questions prior to our visit and got the car MOT and serviced so we could drive away on the day. He made sure all the paperwork was ready as I didnt have long. Polite, organised and professional service. Night and day vs another dealership I dealt with just last month. I would use holdcroft again.
