I would not recommend Holdcroft Dacia Hanley because they said that they would have the vehicle repaired and ready to drive away but when we arrived the windscreen was still not repaired and there were scratches on the boot door.
We were prepared to cancel the sale and go to another dealership.

I'd definitely recommend Holdcroft Dacia Hanley because the initial welcome and sales experience was positive.
I'd recommend Holdcroft Dacia Hanley to anyone because while this was only my second ever purchase of a car, It was a world of difference, friendly, helpful and overall really friendly. I didn't feel pressured, or feel like I was being mis-sold or any of the other things associated with "car salesmen". There is a negative stereotype for car salesmen and everyone I spoke to was the complete antithesis of that stereotype.
Highly, highly recommended.
