I'd suggest Holdcroft Dacia Hanley to a friend because I was left in peace to browse at my leisure.
When I saw a car that I was interested in I went inside and spoke to a friendly young lady on reception desk.
A young man by the name of Zane was absolutely brilliant in showing me the car, answering all my boring questions in a friendly manner and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the store and also to the rest of the team.
I had a test drive and made up my mind to buy the car. On the day I picked it up Zane went through everything in the car, sometimes twice if I needed him too. He sorted everything out for me ie tax, DVLA as these things can be daunting at times.
I met and spoke to other members of staff too, What a friendly bunch they were.

The experience at Holdcroft Dacia Hanley was great because I'd bought a vehicle from here in 2020..when I walked in tge showroom the salesman who sold me the car the..5 years previously said hello John..he remembered me..he also remembered the car I'd bought, the year I bought it and my old vehicle which wasn't from holdcrofts..I was extremely flattered and impressed and from that moment I decided that I was going to exclusively choose my car from there..I have forgotten his name unfortunately but his level of customer care is exceptional..He wasn't available to deal with me on this purchase but all the staff from my salesman to the receptionists and the manager were all effortlessly friendly and helpful..Yes it's a glowing report..thankyou

I'd suggest Holdcroft Dacia Hanley, Abdul was very informative and helped a lot considering it was a distance sale. With his description of the car being very well looked after for 3 year old and 45k miles he wasn't to far wrong only some seatbelt marks and chips from inside passenger door sill were missing from his look round. The car got a good service and 4 new tyresvery happy. He was happy to text between us as I work long days so not always easy to call. Great experience
