My experience at Hereford Audi could have been better because it’s a wreck. Been damaged previously, and informed it was perfect ! and will cost nearly £1,000 to rectlfy. Audi Hereford have declined to rectify. This was notified to them within 30 days of purchase.
Appalling ! If this is not put right, I will pursue this through the courts. I now await Audi, customer complaints, response today !

Hereford Audi staff were good because they were very friendly and accommodating.
I did have a few small issues with my vehicle but they were quickly rectified.
