I was happy with the service at Hendy Renault Dacia Poole because had problems with a car in February and salesman Elliott mead tried his hardest to sort it so in the end he took care of back as unable to get parts for it and changed car for Nissan juke he worked hard for result.

I was pleased with Hendy Renault Dacia Poole and would recommend them because the salesman Elan Whitely was extremely helpful in choosing and buying the car that we wanted. I felt he was offering a personalised service dealing with what we wanted rather than ‘selling a car’. I will certainly return next time we want to buy a car and would thoroughly recommend Hendy at Poole

My experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Poole was cracking because Elan was super helpful, really friendly and not pushy in any way. He’s very patient and understood this was a big purchase for me and that I had 101 questions. Absolute gem of a salesperson - I was very happy to be buying my car from him.
