My experience at Hendy Nissan Southampton could have been better because from the sale of my car the after service was pretty poor by one of the car sale members , I had to chase up many times about bodywork imperfections only to be messed about ‘ upon collection my service history book had been lost . Upon going to the showroom again my service history book has been replaced but not by the original and the bodywork repair wasn’t up the standard as I expected. The only positive thing I can say about Nissan Southampton is the after care of one of your colleagues. Jack Grannell is a credit to your branch as he dealt with all my after sales problems even though the sale of the car wasn’t his responsibility, jack kept me informed with the progress of the schedule of the repairs and I can only praise him for his patience in dealing with the poor service I experienced from the after sale of my car. At this current time the situation is yet to be resolved but after today and speaking to another college John and the manger of Southampton Nissan it’s been agreed that the body work repairs will be repaired as originally promised.
The experience at Hendy Nissan Southampton was good because staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t have the car we wanted so arranged for it to be sent from another dealership so we could test drive before buying.
They promptly resolved a minor issue that we found.
