The experience at Hendy MG Poole was fantastic because Colin the sales person did not put on any pressure for me to make my decisions. Was very happy to answer any questions, and was a good representative of your organisation. if i ever bought from you again i would only want to deal with Colin.
I'd recommend Hendy MG Poole to anyone because Ray, who dealt with the sale, was excellent. He allowed me plenty of time to test drive a similar vehicle and showed me the options of which vehicles were available to purchase. He made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable.
The selling stage was great Ray was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure a sale the manager was great very customer focused. However the valet of the vehicle was diabolical, the boot had not been hoovered and there is thick dirt and leaves all around the closing of the boot, very smeared windscreen, finger prints all over the digital display, under bonnet was thick with dirt and full of moldy leaves. Back windscreen wiper does not work. Pretty poor standard
