On the day I went to pick the car up there had been some confusion about which cars were going out, so mine didn't get washed or hoovered. The salesman kept disappearing as he had to give it a quick wipe over. As a result I was there longer than I needed to be and it took away the excitement of buying the car as I thought what else hasn't been done.
The back door handle wasn't working properly so it was agreed it would be fixed before collection. It hadn't been fixed on collection so I had to go back. When I went back on the day we had agreed it hadn't been booked into the workshop, so i had to go back another day. No apology. I expected better from a Main Dealer.

I'd recommend Hendy MG Exeter because very friendly couldn’t do enough for us made everything go smoothly couldn’t fault them would deal with Ryan again very professional thank you so much as my husband is very poorly Ryan made things very easy to understand.

I would not recommend Hendy MG Exeter because I had problems with the car from the first day and attitude of the salesman. The car has since been sorted, but would prefer to go elsewhere.

James was not pushy, knpwledgeable and able to answer all questions with patients ands language I could understand very relaxed experience
able to take as much time as I( wanted to make my decision. Only negative was the person who was responsible for carrying out the checks failed to do so making collecting the car longer than it should have.
