I'd recommend Hendy MG Crawley because of the relaxed informal and no pressure sales technique of staff.
We really enjoyed dealing with Harvey, he was great and built a rapport with us very naturally. The interactions were easy and the overall process was simple and straightforward.
The only downside to the purchase was the condition of the car at handover. While we understand it is a used vehicle, we were surprised at how unclean the interior was, as we would have expected it to be properly prepared.
Overall, we had a positive experience with Hendy MG, but this was an area where there was a noticeable gap.

I would not recommend Hendy MG Crawley because I feel my life was at risk as my cars 12 volt battery terminal was loose and the car luckily didn't cut out on the motorway but did fail to start when I stopped it at a motorway service station. I had to call the AA for assistance.
