My experience at Hendy Land Rover Southampton could have been better because the quality of the gardx was not good for a £700 option. I waited for 10 minutes at reception to be sent to the waiting area. To wait a further 10 minutes to be seen. I also had to wait for the car interior to be released as not satisfactory. It took me 6 hours at home to clean the dust and dirt out and get the makeup off the controls. Also it was pointed out to me one of the services was 6 month out so I will have issues getting extended warranty to cover the vehicle when the jlr warranty runs out.
Hendy Land Rover Southampton and in particular George were fantastic. There was no hard sales pitch, I was guided and then left to make my own decisions and the customer service was exemplary. At all times I was to feel welcome and in control of my purchase. I am delighted with my car.
