Having spent £30000 on the purchase of this vehicle when after a drive to London and back I noticed a fault which I would have thought should have been noticed on the PDI . The steering wheel is not straight it is off by about 5 degrees when talking to service receptionist I was informed that I would have to pay for it to be sorted out as I had driven the vehicle how else would I have noticed it ???

I was happy with the service at Hendy Kia Bournemouth because the salesman, Tony Speed was very hepful. Was not pushy and let us take our time in deciding whether to purchase. Very good experience. Would recommend them.

I would not recommend Hendy Kia Bournemouth because the car was not prepared as promised. Chip not repaired and paint work scratches not polished out. Touch up paint should have been sent but still not received. 12v battery needed replacing and should have been checked prior to pick up.
