My experience at Hendy Jaguar Southampton could have been better because I have tried and tried to contact a manager regarding a missing Locking wheel nut. If the car has gone through a 165 point check how was a missing locking wheel nut missed? The experience has left me feeling exhausted and such waste of my time. I will also be writing a google review about my experience.
It’s an impressive showroom - professional, clean , tidy and welcoming.
To date, I am happy with the car but would offer these two pieces of feedback :
1. When I booked to come and see the car, the sales lady was surprised when I arrived and asked to Test Drive the vehicle. I would’ve thought that would have been a standard question she would ask when someone books to see a vehicle. As such, I wasn’t aware Tfat I needed my NI number which caused some confusion and embarrassment.
2. You MOT’d the car and the same Sales Assistant messaged me to say that the result was “ all good”
But that wasn’t true. There were cautionaries on 3 tyres and both the front and rear brake pads ! Hardly “ all good”. This disappointed us enormously and triggered an unwelcome renegotiation on the sale.

Hendy Jaguar Southampton were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the service was excellent, they couldn’t have done more to assist. The handover of the vehicle was made an enjoyable experience - with the car reveal. They have followed up post purchase to ensure I am happy with my car.
