I can’t fault the sales person Oscar after another exhaustive and shocking experience with a faulty car from another dealership. Not connected with this group in any way. The purchase was made a little more nervous as the car was 260 miles away from us and I couldn’t view first. The only thing I found strange was they firstly told me they wouldn’t replace the tyres. Which was accepted, 4mm both front and 5mm both rears but then I was told that they had replaced three of the tyres. I’ve since had to put another on the car at my cost £165 (dealership would budge in this and wanted £210 to fit one tyre I wanted to keep them all matching on a 25k car!! Not three at 8mm + and one at 4mm Tyres are normally replaced in pairs. The tyre they gave me back as a spare and the tyre I replaced were exactly the same tread depth as said 4mm so why not replace the full
four I’m confused to say the least. But overall the experience was refreshingly great and the sales person was great to deal with.
