I would not recommend Hendy Hyundai Poole because the car wasn't valeted and I had paid extra for paint and leather treatment and cant possibly see how that was done. The puncture repair kit was incomplete. It was meant to have been serviced but log book wasn't stamped and I have my doubts it was done, I will be asking for proof. The salesman was apologetic when I phoned to complain and has said he will have car back to rectify faults and treatment but I have yet to receive a date when it will be done. I used a main dealer naively believing that everything would be done properly. Unfortunately I was wrong and I'm not only disappointed with the experience I am somewhat angered at the way we've been treated at what should have been a happy and exciting time.

Hendy Hyundai Poole were really helpful and I'd recommend them because. On arrival at the show room I was met by Jack Osman who introduced himself and politely showed me the car that I was interested in. The thing I like was that Jack was tentative but not pushy and answered my questions about the car and demonstrated the necessary features. A test drive was arranged during which more functions were clarified and explained. On Collection of the vehicle Jack made sure that I was happy with the car and again went through the features.
From start to finish a pleasant experience with no pressure, well done Jack.

I was pleased with Hendy Hyundai Poole and would recommend them because the salesman Kieran Franks was very helpful, he explained everything and attended to the minor points I noted on the used vehicle efficiently and to my satisfaction.
