My first experience was awful but then Mathew the manager phoned me personally and put me through to Jamie in sales to rectify the poor service I’d experienced with a guy called Toby. Jamie was excellent and I will only request him now and I’m very happy with my car so overall totally changed my mind and experience I had with ford in chichester
