I'd recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth to anyone because they were very helpful and there was no pressure. It was a fun experience, as this is my first electric car.

Hendy Car Store Portsmouth were fantastic because I found the car I wanted from a wide range of cars.

My experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth could have been better because we returned the vehicle it needed a new clutch fitted and even after that was not driving satisfactory. We called the office several times, could never talk to anyone, we're told we would be called back on about 20 occasions over a 3 week period and were never called. We only managed to get any action taken by physically going into the store we're we found staff standing around chatting. We are still trying to get a refund for the gap insurance we took out and keep being told different time frames every time we manage to speak to someone.

My experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth could have been better, the salesman was more interested in add-on packages ! It wasn't until a couple of days later, that I realised that the vehicle only had 3 weeks MOT on it, not impressed when I had spent £15k, when I visited the Store, they couldn't have been more helpful, but surely this should have been checked prior to handover. Also manual and service history I found in the spare wheel hatch in the boot !! And one of the keys has a flat battery.

I'd endorse Hendy Car Store Portsmouth because they provide a great service and we are very satisfied with the car.
