I would recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth to friends and family because of the price and quality of their used vehicles and the service they provide. Firstly, I was looking for a specific vehicle model and colour. The car that Hendy were offering was by far the best price around. After reviewing all of the images of the vehicle online (and there was 40+ of them) I decided to reserve the vehicle online, in an evening, which was very straight forward. Carl from Hendy then telephoned me at 9am the next day to follow up. Whilst Carl was happy to arrange a time for me to view the vehicle I explained that I lived quite far away and was wondering if they delivered. That same day Carl sent me a detailed video of the vehicle so I could inspect it further. During the week we kept in touch regarding any extras that Hendy offered and any paperwork that needed to be completed. Carl even noticed that the manufacturer had a recall on the vehicle, which he took care of for me. Carl also arranged for the vehicle to be taxed. Despite there being two bank holidays to navigate and the car needing to go to back to manufacturer for them to attend to the recall, my vehicle was delivered within a few days. The logistics company telephoned me the evening before with an approximate time that they would arrive and as expected my new car was delivered at 9am the following morning. I was happy to pay what I thought was a reasonable delivery fee as it saved me a 7hr round trip. The car is beautiful. It is two year old so I was expecting a little bit of wear and tear but it is immaculate inside and out. I had a really good experience with Hendy so would not hesitate to buy from them again and can’t recommend them and Carl enough.

I'd definitely recommend Hendy Car Store Portsmouth, David who we dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Even when I asked silly questions. He also made me feel at ease during the test drive.
