The experience of buying a car from Hendy was very positive. You had a car that I was keen to buy but, I liked the sales representative (Tom Davies) who seemed both professional and pleasant/trustworthy.
I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter because I feel there workshop need to carryout a complete inspection not a cursory glance

I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter due to the fact I was told the car was ready for collection on a Sunday, when I arrived the site was very understaffed, the original salesman was off sick so I sat with someone else and had to do all the sales paperwork again as well as the finance again, over an hour and a half to do a handover, I was informed the tracking hadn’t been done so had to arrange to get that done myself, then was given the key to my new car, I asked where the spare was and he didn’t know. 3 weeks have passed and I still haven’t got the spare key ! ( there were 2 keys when I test drove the car ) no one has contacted me, I’ve had to call them, still no key! My concern is that there is a key somewhere with full access to my car! It’s a case of we’ve got your money now we are not bothered.
So No! I am not very happy with the whole process!!!
