I would recommend the dealership as long as they get back to me regarding a fault that has developed over the 2 weeks since I’ve had it but so far the only people I can get hold of are the sales team

My experience at Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool was memorable because it was professional, engaging from the 1st call to picking up the car.
When I had to pick it up 2 weeks early they made it happen. I get the impression they treat all customers with the same professional service from start to finish. It is unusual to see that level at any dealership. We would have the car serviced by then but are unfortunately 266 miles away!
