Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool were great because nothing was too much trouble, I came into thr dealership not quite knowing what I wanted. From the moment I met Sarah she went out of her way to ensure she understood my needs worked through the options and didn’t give up until she found me what I wanted - I now have my dream car and I’m loving it ! My experience at Hatfields Jaguar Liverpool was memorable because all the staff were very friendly and warming. Hospitality of beverages was a nice touch. Louise was amazing the regards to the sake from start to finish. We got there late on the Sunday but, she still found time to take us on a test drive just before they had to close. Which was appreciated.
