I had a great experience at Hatfields Jaguar Hull because Chris the salesman was knowledgeable friendly without been pushy, he knew what stock was in and showed us multiple cars, test drives were not a problem and he actually listen to what we needed. A refreshing change from out last purchase at JLR York, first class and excellent service and handover!

My experience at Hatfields Jaguar Hull could have been better because The initial pre-sales communication was excellent. The salesperson was responsive, informative, and made me aware of their scheduled day off, which I appreciated. I was also happy to pay the £500 deposit to secure the vehicle and understood the need for some pre-signatures relating to finance and vehicle checks.
However, I felt that the overall experience declined during the sales and post-sale stages.
There was pressure to make the full payment before seeing the vehicle in person, which made me somewhat uncomfortable. On the day of collection, it was clear that the salesperson was eager to leave, which led to a rushed handover. I had to specifically request a basic walkthrough of the car’s features, and the road tax was processed hastily via my credit card without clear prior explanation.
Post-sale, I found it disappointing that I had to chase the car warranty multiple times before receiving it, over a week later.
While the pre-sales support was strong, the overall experience was let down by the lack of attention and care during and after the sale. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences
