Hatfield SEAT were great because the information shared was detailed, didn't feel pressured into the sale, very accommodating and professional despite my repeated calls, questions, and issues i created in regards to the admin (trade-ins) - handled very well and always was offered a solution to complete the purchase on the agreed date.

Hatfield SEAT were fantastic because Declan who delt with me was very informative, knew the product very very well and was a genuine honest salesman with the customers best I terest at heart.

I'd recommend Hatfield SEAT to anyone because I felt I was looked after very well but on occasions their phones were not answered at all which was very frustrating. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be a good idea. In other dealerships (I visited a few when searching for my car) they had a much better system.

The staff at Hatfield SEAT were good because they were well informed and they weren't pushy.
