I'd recommend Hatfield Audi because Ash (Sales) provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Ash was friendly but not pushy and explained everything clearly. Ash helped me source the vehicle I wanted and explained all the different services.

Customer service was also excellent from reception, specifically Aisila and Neave.
Whenever I called, they always ensured I was called back in a quickly and timely manner, and were very friendly when visiting the dealership.

Overall, A* service and I’d highly recommend!

My experience at Hatfield Audi could have been better because the vehicle had some issues which constituted some MOT issues eg reverse ROS seatbelt, cracks on the front windscreen. Also multiple stone chips on the bonnet that the salesman said would be repaired were not. Missing wheel brace not replaced. The front tyres had been replaed with budget tyres Ilink thunderer 09 tyres which are not Audi approved and potentially void the warrenty. We await a call back from the dealership regarding the above issues but so far no response.
