The experience at Hatfield Audi was fantastic because it went very smoothly

Due to a clerical error the original car ( S3 ) was unavailable so have gone with a A6...during this change over we have been given use of a very nice car...still waiting on the a6 though.. not perfect but im not stressed ...would say a little more communication and the ability to be truthful would make it perfect..

Max gave brilliant customer service, friendly, honest and upfront. Made everything clear and simple and easy to work with. I would call Max if we wanted to purchase a car in the future and provide his details to friends and family, it was a pleasure to deal with him. A credit to the Audi brand.

The experience at Hatfield Audi was fantastic because dealing with the salesperson Charley Bennett was a really enjoyable experience. He was totally professional throughout our dealings, was friendly without being pushy and when the original car we went in to enquire about had already been sold he found us the perfect car to our specifications. Dealing with Charley was like dealing with a best friend.he even called us the day after we collected the car to ask if everything was okay. A truly excellent service from one of the best salespersons we have ever dealt with. He certainly is an asset to the dealership there and we would highly recommend our family and friends to visit him should they be looking for an Audi.
This is our first purchase of an Audi and clearly shows the quality of the product starts with the salesperson.
