The experience at Hallmark Cars was great. From the moment I contacted them about the car, Matt was upfront, honest and so straightforward. There was no sales push, no attempt to sway me, just confirmation that we could come and look around which was all we wanted at that point! When we got to the dealership, Neil was wonderful too - allowed us to look around all the cars we were interested in and take our time with no pressure. So patient when we asked to see two of them again!
We went for a test drive the next day and happy, put a deposit down.
The car was ready the week after. A minor fault was found at MOT and Hallmark paid for all of the work (not cheap!), leaving it without any advisories at all.
Been driving the car for a couple of weeks and super happy. The real test will be a drive to Wales next week. I have very high hopes!
