Group 1 Ford Guildford

Buying a car from Group 1 Ford Guildford was easy and enjoyable. The sales person (Josh) was incredibly nice, he showed me the car, offered a test drive and then explained all the paperwork in detail. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressurise me into buying anything I didn’t want. This made the overall experience really positive. He also spoke to me (the buyer) rather than the male with me which made me feel valued and respected. I was also really happy with the quality of the car (second hand) it was clean and to a very high standard. They also changed the sensor and alloys without me asking which was a real bonus.
I would recommend buying a car from Ford group and asking for Josh!
