My experience at Barons BMW Borehamwood could have been better

The experience at Barons BMW Borehamwood was good because I was treated respectfully and my interests and questions were fully served.

It would have been nice to get some BMW merchandise alongside the purchase as would have been the case with Jaguar. A leather key fob is really not enough!

I'd suggest Barons BMW Borehamwood to a friend because the saleslady, Layla, was very responsive to my initial email, and from there every part of the sales process and trading in my old BMW was fast and friendly.

Barons BMW Borehamwood were great because Layla was very professional, friendly and helpful. Also her colleague Matt was lovely too.

My experience at Barons BMW Borehamwood was positive because it was nice speaking to people that know about cars and not just paperwork
