The experience at Group 1 Assured Hailsham was great because I was treated with respect by a knowledgeable sales person who was experienced in the brand I was buying and reassured me my purchase was a good one.
I was pleased with Group 1 Assured Hailsham and would recommend them because Buying a used car, you need to trust the sales staff, and the Quality of car you are getting, I could do that with 1 Assured Hailsham.
The car was not roadworthy. The brakes felt spongy, and there were a couple of electrical faults during the test drive. I was surprised that a trusted dealer would put the vehicle up for sale without addressing or even checking these issues. I spent six hours travelling that day, which was a complete waste of time.
The experience at Group 1 Assured Hailsham was fantastic because Matt, Sam, Jake and Luke from Group1 assured and BMW Hailsham went way above the call of duty to make sure my experience was second to none from initial enquiry to the point of collecting my vehicle.
