My experience at Greg Mitchell Motors was a mixed one, this is the 3rd Hyundai Tucson in 14 months.
Although stressing and frustrating at times I think as a dealership there isn’t much more the team could have done for us to try to resolve the issues we were having. They gave us courtesy cars when they didn’t have to and maybe put up with us a lot better than most would have.
Will never purchase a Hyundai petrol vehicle again but as a dealership 100%.
I'd definitely recommend Greg Mitchell Motors because they were very helpful and salesmen Jonny explained everything to us and organised the VRT which made the process very straightforward.

Jonny the salesman could answer any questions i had for him and never rushed me during test drive or upon collection of my car. My car was spotless inside and out with new mats it couldve passed for brand new. My partner is already considering buying his new car from Jonny also
