My experience at Golden Hill Garage was cracking because it was easy to understand and no hidden extras.
I would not recommend Golden Hill Garage because promises about damage to vehicle body (dent and paint scratch) were not met. After I raised I was told “it would be too expensive to fix” and then a promised callback wasn’t followed up with the sales person. When I did speak to the sales manager, who was helpful, I was told to ring back a in a week’s time.
I’ve since had the vehicle repaired and paid for myself, as trust has gone.
Ownership of problems and after customer service were to a poor standard.
