I'd recommend FJ Chalke Nissan Yeovil to a friend because they took me seriously. There was no 'hard' sales. They were interested in me as a customer and listened to me asking about the car. I was able to inspect what I wanted to see and 'Nik' was able to tell me its history and and was offered a test drive with or without him and I was happy to go on my own and I felt totally trusted which was really nice experience. I wasn't pressured, I was given time. My father has always brough from F J Chalkes and I had bought from F J Chalkes in Mere so I know I can trust the company. The whole showroom was clean ( as were the toilets) and I was offered coffee. I was made to feel very welcome. I was offered some part exchange for my old car and 'Nik' understood my sentiments towards it. My questions were answered truthfully . Nothing was too much trouble. It made the whole experience really easy as buying a new car can be a bit stressful. I still can't believe I am the proud owner of such a lovely car. Thank you.
