FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil were good at selling us a car however we had to take the car back within a few days because the tracking was way out, I would of thought that these sort of checks should be done as standard before the car leaves the forecourt we are also still waiting for the service history we don’t know if the car was even serviced before we picked it up

Car was dirty and paintwork damaged and had a flat battery when I arrived to view it. It was over two weeks before it was made ready for me to drive it away and the bodywork still hasn't been finished. I've been asked to bring it back to be finished. The dealership was impossible to get hold of and my calls and emails weren't returned. Warranty and breakdown cover information wasn't given to me and Momentum are useless. I had to ask for MOT certificate as not included in paperwork. Overall very disappointed.
The experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil was great because the gentleman i was dealing with was very helpful, patient and explained everything for me clearly.
