I'd recommend Finchley Road Audi to anyone because Octavian was amazing! He helped me with another 2 cars of mine, bought from Audi Group Finchley! He checked in with me after a couple of days to see if everything it s fine with the car and how do I feel about it! GREAT JOB Xx I would recommend going to him first when you want to buy a car, I just told him what I need and he just found the perfect A5 for me! He is the best!

I would not recommend Finchley Road Audi because .
First, we want to do a test drive with the car, but the car did not have petrol and Chris offered to do on his own car, he said that was the same but in fact many of functions we sow on his car is not the same as the car we brought.
Chris look in a rush to explain the plans, we told him we want to do a HP finance and that we don’t want insurance such as tyre, alloy wheels, smart but he kept pushing us to accept, making it look like it was all included in the PCP package. It was Friday 18 April bank holiday , he said we won’t be able to take the car that day. I told him that will be fine , we can secure the car and I asked him to give me in written the two proposals PCP and HP so I could take home and decide which one will be convenient . He went away and returned with the PCP approved after I told him I would like the two proposals to decide later. We then went ahead with everything overwelmed, not understanding what we went thru.
It was an rush experience, look like he want to do everything quickly and giving less info as possible so we could not have chance to change our minds. My husband said more then 3 times we did not want insurance and he just ignored, I said that we want a HP contract and he ignored not even making a property calculations and did not bother to show us. After I collect the car and I got all the paper work I discovered the he fake my signature on one document “duty of care” the document stating that I want the insurances. I contacted him trying to sort the things smoothly, I wrote an email saying we want to change the PCP contract to HP contract and that I want him to take off all the insurances, he replied calling me that this was not possible in a rude tone, he also called my husband in a rude tone and even raised his voice . The experience started terrible and went downhill very quickly when I discovered the fake signature on one of the contracts. I can’t accept this. We are having a bitter after tasty of what should be a happy moment. If Audi Finchley want to solve this in a smoothly away we are happy to keep the car but we the financial agreement to be changed from PCP to HP. If all this reasons are not enough to cancel this contract we want to withdraw as per our right on the contract 14 days period .
