The staff at FG Barnes Used Cars Guildford were good because there was no hard sell, I knew what I wanted which made it easy for them to concentrate on the car I wanted, after a few forms to fill out I was aloud to take the car for a test drive on my own eliminating the pressure, I was then left with the car to assess it all over, any questions were very swiftly answered, also Callam went above and beyond by picking me up from my house and driving to the showroom (20 miles) the car was ready for me in a timely manner, clean and well presented, I have had the car two weeks now and couldn’t be happier, Callam followed up with a call to check if everything was going well, I felt like should I have any issues in the future then I can rely on Callam and the garage to help me through any process needed. Overall, I am a happy man and would highly recommend FG Barnes to anyone thinking of buying a new or second hand car.
